At Northstar Tutoring, we are committed to ensuring that every student has the opportunity for a better future. Our program provides free, one-on-one tutoring and mentoring for low-income students in grades K-12 in the Washington, D.C. area. Our mission is to support our students by pairing each child with a dedicated tutor and offering twice-weekly tutoring sessions along with regular mentoring activities. For many of our students, these sessions are the only one-on-one attention they receive all week.
